How To Get Rid Of Bumps On Penis?

I have been to my regular doctor, 2 dermatologists and a urologist and they all say the small bumps I have on my penis are not genital warts but they would go away. Since they would do anything I have tried home remedies and nothing seems to make it better. What do you suggest I do?
