How To Get Rid Of Burn Mark On Upper Lip?

I ve developed a burn mark on my upper lips due to dryness, I ve peeled off the dry skin and it turned the skin black. I apply Vaseline every night but it doesn t seem to heal. I even tried massaging it with ice but no result. Can you suggest me something that can turn my upper lip color in a normal tone again
