How To Get Rid Of Clogged Ears?

So for about 2 weeks or so my right ear seems clogged. Hearing is lowered and it sounds muffled. There is no pain and there is nothing visible in my ear. I ve tried oil, Alcohol and a heating pad. Nothing seems to work. What other options do I have.
