How To Get Rid Of Coldness?

.hi, im 36 y.o and suffering from cold for a yr now. before if i take anti allergy suc as allerta my colds would go away, now no matter how i take medicine and anti allergy i still have colds, and when i drink some cold drinks it would result to cough with pleghm. a hard cough that would trigger my asthma. sometimes at night if i suffer coughing ill take my asthma med(rotacap) and it will relief me. whats going on me?
