How To Get Rid Of Cyst Under Breast?

Hi. I have a small cyst under my breast,(at the bra line). It has head on it and basically looks like a pimple with solid fat looking drainage coming out ( The drainage is solid). The mammograms come out ok and so do the sonograms. I have had this for about 10 years, Should I worry about it? What can I do to get rid of it.
