How To Get Rid Of Cystic Acne On Pubic Area?

Hi. My name is Nicholas Magdaleno. I have a question. I have been having this problem for about two and a half years. What it is, is that I get painful cystic acne on the pubic area. Just above the genital area. The cystic acne there is usually hard, red, and sometimes filled with puss. What can I do to get rid of it? Please? I can t take the agonizing pain any more.
