How To Get Rid Of Cystic Pimples?

within the first month of taking ginette 35 and isotroin-10 my skins seems a little better but i do have cystic pimples popping up ..one or two at a time...with smaller pimples one at a time near my scalp and ears...will my skin ever clear out? plus i have had hair loss issues (had very thick hair earlier) as well with a receding hairline...will that be solved? thanks
