How To Get Rid Of Dandruff?

I have ichthyosis and avoid bathing .etc. I have been Googling and have gotten some really good information. However, I am allergic to lanolin . I also would like to know about dandruf i.e. is it dandruff or ichtyosis, psoriasi? No matter...how do I deal with that?
