How To Get Rid Of Dark And White Spots Below Groin?

Hello Doctor, I am an adult male and I have problem in my genital area. There is dark color and white spots below my groin ( not at groin or penis) and parts leading to my butt. I am ok with the dark color, but there is sir whitish color in this area. Please advise me to get rid of this as my marriage is near by.
