How To Get Rid Of Dark Blotches Under Breast?

I have blotches, slightly dark than my skin, under my bra area under my breasts. They are not red or itchy, they just look like sun spots. It started as dry skin, so i started to moisturize more, and now they're just light brown spots. Any way to get rid of them?
