How To Get Rid Of Dark Lips And Chin?

My upperlips part and chin that part is dark than my face i treat it with my home remedies i apply sunscreen aswell but when i go in sum this become worse even i apply foundation that part become darker after exposing it to sun? Please help me in get rid of completly
