How To Get Rid Of Dark Patches On Thighs?

Hello.. My question is, I m wheatish coloured girl. A south Indian! Gradually as I grew up i got dark patches in my thigs and that may due to the friction of thighs. But my vaginal area is quite fair. But my clitoris are dark and brown in colour. Is this abnormal? I m really scared about this because I m getting married this year. I fear whether my partner will like this or not..
