How To Get Rid Of Dark Region Between Legs?

hello doctor....my name is nura and my problem is the dark region i have between my legs.eventhough no one saw it(yet)but i am really embrassed of it because i am white and my vagina and the region around it is very dark.i have also dark region in my knee and elbow.i dont know what to do doctor please help me.
