How To Get Rid Of Dead Skin On Thigh And Leg?

My daughter (7 year old) under gone skin grafting because of buring. we can see the thick dead skin on the thig and leg. Please let me know which medicine will helps her to get the normal skin.Now 5 month completed.still same we have appliied hexilak as suggested by doctor. still there is no improvmeent. how long we need to apply this gel. please let me know
