How To Get Rid Of Dry And Flaky Skin?

Hi, I took Accutane for the full 6 month treatment about 2 years ago or so. My skin is still dry and flakes after I get out of the shower or even touch it. What can I do to help better my skin and have it produce oils like it use to so I no longer have this prolem?
