How To Get Rid Of Dry Nose?

My nose has been overly dry for the past few days. I have crusty bloody scabs that are forming and it s sore to rub my nose. I have tried neosporin to add moisture but it makes me sneeze and I end up blowing it out. I also tried a prosuct called Ocean, it s a nasal spray and it makes me sneeze too. What should I do?
