How To Get Rid Of Dry Skin And Skin Rash On Cheek?

During the summer at a hotel, I used a towel to wash my face. Ever since, i've had a small rash on my face, no pimples or anything, just a skin rash on my cheek. I also notice a lot of dry skin, and I also wonder if that might be the problem. What should I use to get rid of my rash? is there a lotion I can use?
