How To Get Rid Of Dry Skin On Hands Permanently?
Hello Doctor,
I do have dry skin in me my hands are like all wrinkled, I live in the UK and this symptom up rises mainly during the winter and reduces during the summer, but it is still irritating. I'd like to know whether this has an permanent cure or can you recommend me a cream which would leave this is at a minimum level?
