How To Get Rid Of Dry Skin?

From last 1 year I'm suffering from skin problem like itching on my fingers of both hands and upper feets leading to got wounded after itching. I took medicines as Zincet, Zincovit and Lobate -M skin cream. Doctors to whom I've consulted gave its reason as dryness of skin. How can I get cured.
