How To Get Rid Of Eczema Itching And Rashes On Skin?

hi, My Name is Priam, i m 30 yrs old & my height is 5''2, & weight is 50 kg.i m struggling from eczema itching, rashes problem from last two weeks, i did consult to the doctor & he gave me Betnovate@r cream which i had applied continuously on affected area but no relief at all & now my itching problem is going to be painful for me then from last two days i m using Lo-bate-gm cream without doctor prescription, May i know is it helpful or not? can u suggest me other skin cream which is helpful for my problem?
