How To Get Rid Of Facial Injury Scars?

Hello Sir, I slipped from my bike and got scratch on my face (near left eye). I consulted Dermatologist ALOKEM 75 Gel and Hexilak Gel ( 3-4 times a day) , Melacare Plus in evening and Kojivit gel during night. I have been using all this for around a month but i am not getting significant results. Please suggest me What do I do to get rid of this mark. Thanks
