How To Get Rid Of Fecal Body Odor?

For 5 months now I ve been smelling like feceas I don t know why I m extremely clean and it just recently started. People cover their noses and even tell me to my face I smell like poo . Sometimes I smell it myself and it disgusts me . How can I have a cure for this what do I need to do . Please help me ?
