How To Get Rid Of Flaky Skin On The Palms?

hello im 22 years old ive gotten pealy skin on the palms of my hands and prown spots on my neck chest inner arms close to my arm pits and as well on my stomach and brest..the ones on the inner arms are still there they really itch they showed up abput 3 to 4 weeks ago. im afraid..im afraid to go to the doctors...the rash appeared 1week after i got my biggest tattoo then it got worse..ive searching for answers but everything is really looking not good i really need help with this im very afraid
