How To Get Rid Of Freckles, Black/white Heads On Face?

hello...i am 24 years old..earlier my skin was pretty much fine...i js had few freckles on my face...however in past one year...my freckles increased drastically...so i started using a Nivea sunscream with SPF 30 PA++..

i also have few blackheads and somthing like white heads on my face...recently something appeard on my face which looks like very small whiteheads but are not white heads...could be rashes...i am not sure..my skin has become very rough and looks very dirty :(..pls help!!
