How To Get Rid Of Granular Dandruff And Painful Lumps On Scalp?

Hi, I have granular dandruff on my scalp and a few painful bumps, along with some hair loss. I also seem to have dandruff on my eyelashes and there seems to be small white lumps at the base of my eyelashes. I have had a loss of eyelashes and the tips have gone from black to light brown. The eyelashes seem brittle. My eyelashes and scalp are not itchy. I have tried tea tree shampoo and soap on the advise of a friend but the problem continues. It has been about three months since this issue started.
