How To Get Rid Of Gurgling Sound In Stomach?

Hi I am experiencing really bad things right now and its stomach gurgling. I can t stop it in any way even though I eat I don t know what to do. I get really nervous when we have tests because its dead silent and then my stomach starts gurgling. I eat and then go to school. Please help me by telling me a way to stop it somehow.
