How To Get Rid Of Hair Fall?

? Please type your query here...My hair has been falling out soo bad lately!!! I meann just horrible! It didn't start until I moved, I mean I was nervous and stuff but I don't think that was it. The water here is ALOT harder then the water back home too, and I have died my hair more frequently. I thought I had dry scalp because when I scratch my head little pieces of skin come out. But when I use any kind of good shampoo and conditioner and massage it in my head my hair comes out worse in the shower. Please help!!!!
