How To Get Rid Of Hair Fall?

i am 25 years old. for the past few years i have been facing hair fall problem once i got out from my home to hostel at chennai. now i have been in trichy its very hot place moreover the water i am using also looks harder. now the hair fall is very severe. plz help.
