How To Get Rid Of Headache?

Hi! I've been smoking meth for 2 months on a regular basis. I haven't smoked meth in 2 days now and I'm having this really bad headache. I took some paracetamol and nothing seems to happen. Im on the process of quitting and this is making it hard for me. I just want to know if this is normal, and what can I do to lessen the pain. Thank you
