How To Get Rid Of Holes On The Skin Of Face Permanently?

I have the problem of having small pin size holes on the face skin.

If taken proper rest(sleep) then small holes seem to be covered(Might be due to increased bloog flow),but during normal time the holes seem to be bigger.

is there any way the holes can be closed permanently either through medicine or through a minor surgery.
