How To Get Rid Of Intertrigo Permanently?

I have been suffering from intertrigo because of which fungal has also attacked me near my generals I.e at skin folds. I have consulted a homeopathy doctor and appeared that it almost got cured leaving the black marks of fungal infection but it has been cropping up again. Symptoms are, I loose top larger of skin because of moisture and rubbing, skin become red and scaly, pain fuel when it is touched, it itches when I sweat at those parts, moistured area smells foul and a thin layer of dirt forms on it. Is there a treatment to cure dark marks left by fungal infection and regain my very fair skin and a permanent cure to intertrigo
