How To Get Rid Of Irritation In Vaginal Area?

This is Girija, I am 26 year old, I gave birth before 3 months, normal delivary. But still now I found irritation in my vaginal part. Now I went to doctor they are giving copper sulphate treatment but its very irritating and paining, not able to do anything. is that the right solution. Please advise what needs to done from my part. there will no wound after normal delivary but it seems like this
