How To Get Rid Of Itching In Groin And Inner Thighs?

im having severe itching dowin in my groin area and inner thighs, its gotten so bad it has spread just below my belly button this rash.. Canesten doesnt seem to be working so well. and i have this wet yellowish liquid always leaving behind on sheets from my balls areas. Any suggestions
