How To Get Rid Of Itching Sensation From Buttocks To Lower Back?

I have been having intense itching & moisture in the upper butt crack area up toward my lower back..i used medicated powder but it seems to help the itch but it still continues..its been about a month or so.I have tried benadryl cream & hydrocortizone..not as bad bu still there. .
