How To Get Rid Of Itchy Bumps On Inner Thighs And Legs?

Everytime I get out the shower my legs and knees are all red and patchy but they didn't bother me and about 15mins out the shower they turn vack to normal but recently my legs have small red bumps on my inner thighs and they itch lile crazy? what should I do??
