How To Get Rid Of Itchy Bumps On Thighs And Arms?

About a week ago my thighs became itchy few days later I have light pink/red bumps on my skin that seem to swell under the skin when it s itches. Spots don t run into,one another. No oozing, pus, no white cwnter, no scaley edges. I applied ecemima lotion. Helped the itch bit the spots won t go away. Haven t been around plants, animals, no unusuall Food, no new medications, no new soaps or perfume. same rash is on my under inner side of my arms. And itchy elbows. No,std or,hiv, no other symptoms. No pain either
