How To Get Rid Of Itchy Flea Bites On Body?

i have red tiny itchy looks like flea bits, but not. they are not in the web of my fingers or toes nor on them, on my back, stomach, some on my arms and the lower part of my legs.. went to the doctor twice and he gave me scabies medicine, they are not scabies, fleas or bedbugs.. ive had them for over 2 months.. also Ive been very stressed out dealing with family matters..
