How To Get Rid Of Itchy Rashes On Back, Arms And Groin?

Hey dear doctor, I have severe itchy rashes on all over my upper back, arms, grion area, anus area, itchy ears and itchy scalp. At night when i go to the bed itching gets worse specially when my body gets hot. I m really worried about when i wash the itchy rash with antifungal soap they get vanished but after 2 days itching starts and rashes appear again. this is kind of fungi but how to get rid of it ? Could you please tell me what kind of disease it is and how can i get rid of it ? I have this problem since last 3 years i just did masturbation too much didn t take any antibiotic nor anything else.
