How To Get Rid Of Itchy Red Bumps All Over The Body?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I have little red bumps about the size of a pimple spreading all over my body that itch like crazy? I have tried benadryl and this doesnt seem to be working. They're mainly around my stomach, back, and thighs. Please help? the itching is driving me nuts? could this be an allergic reaction?
