How To Get Rid Of Itchy Red Bumps On Hands?

My hands have been very dry lately but it is winter where I live so I didn t think much of it until they started to itch so I started putting lotion on every night before I go to bed but it just keeps getting worse and no there are extremely small red bumps all over the back of my hands. Can you help me?
