How To Get Rid Of Itchy Red Spots On Legs And Hands?

I am in New Zealand in Auckland and from last 4-5 days I am regularly eating chicken, eggs.I see some red spots on my belly,legs, right hand and right leg.A little itchy at first but it stopped itching like shorty later, after I stopped scratching it. I didn't go into any bushes or any places similar. One of them has small bubble of clear liquid in it. It itches at first but it stops itching after (long as I just don't touch it). I'm not getting any other symptoms - I've no headache, not feeling ill or anything like that. What could this be?? What cream can i use to get rid of this? Can you please help?
