How To Get Rid Of Itchy Skin On Legs, Arms And Stomach?

I am 36 yrs of age. When I delivered my first child in 2011 I developed itchy skin on my legs and arms. My doctor gave me a rx for Eczema. It went away and anytime it came back i would use the cream and it would go away. In 2013 i gave birth to my second child and it started again. I have been seen my 4 different physicians and it is still itchy. I am currently seeing a dermatologist, so far with no luck. It is mainly all over my legs, sometimes my stomach and shoulders. The dermatologist has done basic blood work to check hormones thinking the pregnancy through something off. My thyroid and liver count etc came back fine. She then did a punch test, and did a biopsy. It came back as a drug allergy, but she doesnt believe this is what is causing the itch since i take no medication. She recently sent me to do a chest x-ray and more extensive blood work to which i will get the results back next tues. (not sure what she is looking for with all this). She said if nothing comes back with these test she will perhaps send me to an allergist.
please help with suggestions in anyway possible. this has gone on for over a yr and no improvement. My skin just itches....no rash or hives, just itches
