How To Get Rid Of Itchy Skin?

Hi- I have been struggling with extremely itchy skin. I cant stand it anymore. I have been tested and found out there are certain things I am allergic to, I avoid those things, and I still cant get away from the itch. Its really affecting my life and I need to find a solution.
