How To Get Rid Of Keloids?

hi.. im 38 yrs. old female and i have this keloids when i was 6 yrs. old and it grown a lot i got it from bcg vaccine....i think it stops growing though and it flattened a little ...but last 2 yrs. ago another one just appear on my chest and it starts growing ...i wonder if in any possible way can i get rid of it....what can u suggest...thank you....
