How To Get Rid Of Knot And Scar On Chin?

my daughter hit her chin on a table. I took her to the doctor and they put a butterfly on it.. it is better but the scar is really noticeable and there is a knot underneath the scar... It causes her smile to droop and it doesn t look natural... Will the knot go away? Will her smile return?
