How To Get Rid Of Leech Bite Scar On Leg?

Hi doctor. I want to ask how to get rid of the leech bite scar at my leg. It has been 10years since i got bite during camping. The scar become bigger than the size of the bite. I ve tried many type of cream n gel but it doesnt work. I tried bio-oil, dermatic, mederma. Help me please. Thank you doc.
