How To Get Rid Of Lump Feeling In Throat?

I swallowe a piece of bubble wrap plastic in my throat a little over a year ago... I have seen several doctors. i had a scope done and the doctor said I had what he thought was mucus in my throat but since it moved to the other side of my throat he didnt touch it. I was given medicine for the consistant lump feeling in my throat. Which helped now I really can feel the plastic. out of money any suggestions?
