How To Get Rid Of Lump Under The Skin On Inner Thigh?

Hi, I have noticed a pea sized lump tht is moveable and hard but not rock solid under my skin. It is located high on my inner thigh almost in genetal area but not. I am female. I also would like any info on how to get rid of it and if I should just let it go away on its own. Thank you!
