How To Get Rid Of Mark Near The Back Of Neck?

sir i have a mark localised of some what like xima its not after appling cream suggested by doctor ,cream name CROTA-G.M USED FOR SIX MONTH THEN CUTICARE CREAM FOR CONTINUE FROM SIX MONTH but mark not going it have oval round shape near back of my neck what should i do to get rid of this mark . please suggest
