How To Get Rid Of Nail Scars On Face?

I am 24 years old and i have got nail scars on my cheek.. First they got red i applied ice cubes on those scars and then aloevera gel but it didnt help.. After few days scab was formed and it fell off when i washed my face. Please please can you tell me how can i get rid of these nail scars?? as they have turned brown i guess thats pigmentation.. Do they go away completely ? Please do reply as i am quite tensed about it.
